Transfer your domain name
in 4 simple steps.
If transferring your hosting, send us your current CPanel username and password for us to backup the entire site (website + emails) and transfer it over to our servers. ( Please wait for a confirmation from the tech support doing the transfer before going to step 2)
It takes 5 working days to transfer a domain name and the name servers can’t be updated during the transfer process, so to avoid 5 days down time, please ask your current registrar to update/change the dns of your domain to ours before you click on the transfer approval link in the transfer approval email sent to you by the registry.
Ask your current registrar to unlock your domain, remove privacy protect and for the domains transfer secret or EPP key and send it to us.
Make sure you have access to the administrative email account for the domain, this is where the registrar will send the transfer authorization email to, which you have to accept by clicking on the approval link in that email.
Note that only an active domain name can be transferred. Also, only an active/online Cpanel hosting service can be migrated to our servers. If your current host is using a different control panel, you will have to migrate your data yourself manually.
